Bookish Features WWW Wednesdays

WWW Wednesday: November 15, 2017

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words. All you do is answer the following three questions:

What did you read last?
Last weekend, I finally finished The Lies of Locke Lamora, which is one of the best books I’ve read this year (if not, of all time). My spoiler-free review of it can be found here.

What are you currently reading?
I’m about halfway through The Diviners by Libba Bray. I’m hoping to read a major chunk of it tonight. I’m also reading an ARC of Clara Voyant, a middle grade novel which I received via Net Galley.

What will you read next?
I’d like to pick up Red Seas Under Red Skies, the sequel to The Lies of Locke Lamora,  as soon as possible. It’s been a slow reading month, unfortunately.

That’s it! What’s everyone else reading this week? I’d love to hear about it below!

  1. Just finished ”The Mabinogion”. Now I’m reading Taliesin’s ”The Spoils of Annwn” and Rougemont’s ”Love in the Western World”. Next, I’m planning to read Melrose’s ”The Druids and King Arthur”.

  2. My most recent read was All’s Faire in Middle School by Victoria Jamieson. My current read is The City of Brass by S.A. Chakraborty, and I think my next read will probably be The Girl in the Tower by Katherine Arden.

    1. So I just looked up City of Brass, and it looks like a book I need to add to my TBR. And did you read Arden’s first book? I’ve been wondering how those are!
