Bookish Features WWW Wednesdays

WWW Wednesday: November 8, 2017

WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words. All you do is answer the following three questions:

What did you read last?
I’ve been feeling kind of slumpy for the past week or two, so I haven’t finished any books since my last WWW Wednesday. Scott Lynch’s The Lies of Locke Lamora should be done by tonight though, assuming I don’t need to put it down and have another angry pacing and crying session. I’ll have a review of that beauty up sometime next week.

What are you currently reading?
I’ve just started Release by Patrick Ness, which I’m enjoying so far – though it’s a little early to tell if I’m loving it. House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski is also on hold, but I’m not sure how soon I plan on returning to it. Like I said: slump city over here.

What will you read next?
Red Seas Under Red Skies, the second Gentleman Bastards book, is definitely high on my list of things to read next. I’m also thinking of continuing my Harry Potter re-read and grabbing Prisoner of Azkaban off the shelf.

And that’s it! What’s everyone else reading? I’d love to hear in the comments below!

    1. A Monster Calls is my favorite Ness book! ? If you’re a fantasy/sci-fi fan, I really recommend picking up his Chaos Walking trilogy.
